Amazing work by designer Ronald Clyne for Folkways Records. Clyne designed over 500 album covers for Folkways and established a look that became synonyms with the label. Working within the Folkways’ low production budget, most of Clyne’s designs were printed in two-colour on matt paper glued over a thick matt black cardboard sleeve.
