Enhanced CD reissue of the untitled demo originally released on cassette in 1996 on Moribund Records, and subsequently reissued on regular CD in 1998 on Southern Lord (making it the label's first release) with the bonus live track Mellom Galgene. This 2004 reissue contains both the live track and a video (in MOV format) of the band's first live performance (of 2), recorded on June 24th 1995 (though the back cover says 23rd) at New World, Ballard, Seattle, WA.
All lyrics are in Norwegian and there are no translations

Tracks 1 to 3 recorded by James Hale on 2 evenings in June 1995. Tracks 1 to 4 mastered by Mathias Schneeberger in March 1998.

In 2006 became out of print.

Crippled Lucifer is a compilation of tracks from the first two EPs - tracks 1 to 3 are from "Rift.Canyon.Dreams" (the track "Communion" was omitted); tracks 4 to 7 are from "Towers...".

Mastered in April 1998 in The Gas Chamber, LA by Mathias Schneeberger.

This is the first US pressing featuring mirrored images of the painting "The Robing Of The Bride" by Max Ernst (1940) on the front cover. The inside of the sleeve contains "The Triumph Of Death" by Pieter Breughel the Elder (c. 1562) which was omitted on subsequent pressings. The earliest editions of this press had a printing error where the cover was printed too dark; this was rectified on the remainder of the pressing.
